The Tottenham Beeton & District Chamber of Commerce Inc. (TBDCC) is a long-standing and established entity in New Tecumseth.  Our membership represents all business types – from home-based, to service based, to retail.  Our members come from all over South Simcoe, providing you with extra opportunities to network and get your business noticed.

The Role of The Chamber

The Chamber provides business resources for its members to support the infrastructure of your business.  We work with various organizations to provide events and educational opportunities to help our members run smoothly.

The Chamber acts as the voice in the business community.  Our Board of Directors keeps their ears to the ground to keep abreast of the goings-on in the community.  This is done by attending Town Council Meetings, keeping in touch with the Economic Development Office, attending various planning workshops and business seminars, and maintaining good working relationships with the Office of the Mayor and our Town Councillors.

Membership Benefits

Our list of Benefits is long!  One of the primary reasons businesses join the Chamber is for our not-for-profit Group Insurance Plan.  Being a part of the Chamber plan allows small business to provide a benefit package to their employees without the expensive cost of for-profit plans.

The Chamber is also able to provide many other discount programs through the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce.  We also encourage members to provide business to business discounts through our website, newsletter and Facebook page.

Business Events

Chamber Connections, our monthly networking events, can help you build your business to business relationships.  Chamber members are encouraged to host Connection meeting as a way of advertising their business to the community.  Our Office Administrator will help you market your event to ensure its success!

For 2018, the Chamber is rebranding their spring Trade Fair to become the Tottenham Beeton Home & Leisure Show.  We will anticipate having a more interactive and family-friendly event in April.  Members will receive a discount on their booth

Our Business Awards are held annually in October where we recognize business excellence of our members and businesses in the community.
